This is on top of the other big win which was RED FLAG 2008 in the United States, where they destroyed US Air-force in a kill ratio of 18:3. I remember an exercise when 4 RAF F4 Phantoms 'beat' 4 USAF F16s, on that day, the RAF were best, but of course, the USAF have many more aircraft, and if it had been part of a war, the USAF would have overwhelmed the RAF. I was always impressed by the Dutch, they used to do things with F27s that made my hair curl, and their F104 guys were possibly the best in Europe.

The ones used by the German, Japanese, Turkish, Hellenic and more Air Forces today, carry new, fully upgraded armament and electronics, and can still pack a punch. The Hellenic Air Force is primarily consisted of fully upgraded types of F-16 Fighting Falcons though.

I remember an exercise when 4 RAF F4 Phantoms 'beat' 4 USAF F16s, on that day, the RAF were best, but of course, the USAF have many more aircraft, and if it had been part of a war, the USAF would have overwhelmed the RAF. I was always impressed by the Dutch, they used to do things with F27s that made my hair curl, and their F104 guys were possibly the best in Europe.

The ones used by the German, Japanese, Turkish, Hellenic and more Air Forces today, carry new, fully upgraded armament and electronics, and can still pack a punch. The Hellenic Air Force is primarily consisted of fully upgraded types of F-16 Fighting Falcons though.

@trainfreak7745 Somewhat, yes, as long as you realize that these F-4s have the BVR capabilities of an F-16 with their new avionics. Besides, all that really matters is what the "other guy" is using, and the other guy in this case still has radar-less F-5s in his possession.
