"Martyrs" is a fluffy ball of joy and happiness in comparison to "August Underground." Children and adults are abused daily and there's no beauty in it.

I just saw Martyrs for the first, last, and only time about a month ago. It was brilliantly acted, written, directed, and everything left unsaid. But, never again, will I watch it. And this is coming from a hard core horror fan. Never again.

The Human centipede wasn't disturbing, just disgusting...Although the ending was really sad, definitly the most brutal part of the movie. Overall It was pretty good and I look forward to the sequal. Martyrs on the other hand is emotionally draining and seriously fucking disturbing. Inside in another fucked up Classic, personally i think it's a masterpiece of the genre.
Let me get this out of the way, Martyrs is easily the most disturbing movie I've ever seen. The 2nd half left a dent in my psyche and I couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks. Horrifying, brutal and tragic. Yikes! It's definitly a classic.
As for these stupid reaction video's...They always fake it up for the camera. When somebody 'knows' they're on camera no matter what they always put on an act. Ultimately, reaction video's are stupid, fake and totaly lame.

This a great movie srsly, but not a great reaction video, u should watch The Human Centipede or Cannibal holocaust and film ur reaction.

The Human centipede wasn't disturbing, just disgusting...Although the ending was really sad, definitly the most brutal part of the movie. Overall It was pretty good and I look forward to the sequal. Martyrs on the other hand is emotionally draining and seriously fucking disturbing. Inside in another fucked up Classic, personally i think it's a masterpiece of the genre.

Let me get this out of the way, Martyrs is easily the most disturbing movie I've ever seen. The 2nd half left a dent in my psyche and I couldn't stop thinking about it for weeks. Horrifying, brutal and tragic. Yikes! It's definitly a classic.
As for these stupid reaction video's...They always fake it up for the camera. When somebody 'knows' they're on camera no matter what they always put on an act. Ultimately, reaction video's are stupid, fake and totaly lame.

To me, this isn't really a horror movie. Horror deals with fear, and Martyrs doesn't try to make you jump out of your seat. And it's not just about violence, there's much more beyond that. Plus, the acting is awesome.
This movie is just unique and I liked it. Did you ? :)
