I honestly hope that a Rambo 5 is never made. Maybe if they did want to extend the franchise, they could make a prequel with Rambo's father fighting in Germany in WWII, but even that's pushing it. This film was an incredible way to cap off one of the greatest, if not THE greatest, action franchise in the history of cinema, and is a true testimant to the realism of war brought to life on the screen. This chapter in action cinema is over, and it was one hell of a ride. Next up, The Expendables!

Well, nothing about Rambo 3 is realistic. It's very entertaining, however not realistic by any means. To me, it feels very comicbook-ish. I can't really remember when, but there was a cartoon series about Rambo in the late 1980s. Whether it started after Rambo 3 or 2, I don't know.This contridicts what I said before, but there's something about Rambo that reminds me of Jason Voorhees or The Hulk: He just wants to be left alone. Now, he's finally home. That's the way it should stay.

No, it doesn't show you the full picture on here. He blows his boat up to get rid of the evidence that he killed some of the Burmese pirates. But he has another boat nearby that he gets onto before he blows his own boat up. There's actually going to be a Rambo 5!
