yeah after checking out a lot of his other mega ran tunes, this shadow man one remains the only one that doesn't seem video game specific. While fun its more the generic my-skills-are-better-than-ever­yone-else's rap track. It sounds like he's talking as random the mc not as mega ran the robot.

oh and musicvid...can you really beat shadowman with only the buster and no e tanks? that's gotta be one of the hardest things to do in any mega man game. Shadowman doesn't fight fair at all!

good vid, good song. Just one gripe. I didnt hear any lyrics that sound like it has anything to do with shadow man or mega man or video games in general. This was supposed to be a song about shadow man wasnt it?

@billny33 The whole album is based on an Random taking on the persona of "Mega Ran" - a mega man like character. So while it may not reference shadow man directly, it's his story of the persona Mega Ran and using the shadow man music. The whole album (well, both of them, he went on to make another) is based on this Mega Ran character. Check out his site.
