it's definitely P2P and i think the monthly's fee gonna be almost the same like WoW. All good games are P2P, and it's worth it. Take WoW, they didnt go F2P right? I think LOTRO went F2P because their subscription drops (maybe) and because it's made by Turbine, same one that made DDO. That would sux if i need to BUY my quest in order advance

@Burjaca No way, really? A good game is going to require a monthly fee to upkeep the servers and to keep paying the wages of the developers to keep updating the game. If you want a f2p game, go play one of the million ones already out. You can't expect a good game to just be free, there is alot of money that goes into creating a game, and if they aren't getting it from a subscription fee they are going to get it from an in-game item mall that just ruins the quality of the game.
