Nah. Bakura himself doesn't die, but his dark side does because Yami Bakura is Zork. It's a Monter which destroyed Egypt when Yami Yugi was the pharaoh. At the end of the series, Zork was killed by Yugi's and Kaiba's Master of the Dragonlords (or whatever the fusion of black luster sldier and blue eyes ultimate dragon was called).
