ya its a great feature, works on firefox too, and if it cant find a site that matches what you typed in, it will automaticaly bring you to google

you can already make a new tab by pressing cmd and t and to make a new window of safari press cmd and n

You can download Flash videos in Safari. Go to Window>>Activity, highlight the largest file, use the copy command, open the download window (Window>>Downloads), then paste the URL. After the video downloads, you can play it in VLC or in QuickTime (if you have Perian installed).

Safari is way faster than it usted to be. I was a Firefox user for a very long time, but now that safari 3 is out im blown away by the speed. Try It.
