I think its much easier for cosplay to be done for Final Fantasy for one simple reason. From FF8 to FF13 (except FF9) more realistic Asian characters were used. So the cosplay done in these videos was decent.

Pretty obvious fact from observing these cosplays is that even though the real characters have blond hair, Western names, and blue eyes, they are really created base on Asian facial/body features. Consequently, this is the reason why Caucasian cosplayers look awkward.

So Squall at 0:37 was the shit. One of the best ones I've seen at least. Not sure if they're the same person, but the Tifa clips at 1:10 and 1:37 are awesome because that chick (at least at 1:37 if it's not the same person) is the hottest woman on Earth. Hands down. And the Cloud at 0:56 is pretty sweet too. The hair was really good and nothing was too overdone. Much cooler than the other videos and pictures I've seen of the Cloud from Kingdom Hearts.
