4) he'll say there is articuno,zapdos and moltres in sinnoh

5) get your map app out

6) go to a route where the legendary is at you need to be there too

7) go to a bush

Yeah mean look stops after you trade out your pokemon. Sorry. So you'll need to keep your Wobbuffet out and then use a pokemon above level sixty to weaken them then re-find them and so on and so forth. it's a lame process

if when you put your wobbufett to battle position then it flees means that you used your turn and the pokemon fled. if you want to use wobbufett and make it so the pokemon dont flee, then you have to switch your wobbufett to the first one yu send out. hope this helps!
