@MYNEWMOKE I think u r the one who got it wrong. He said if the stock trades above the pivot point then is consider bullish, if it trades below the pivot point then is consider bearish.

You need to identify your pivot, support and resistance lines more clearly on your charts. It's very difficult to see which is S1, R1, the pivot line...

The stock could've easily broke that support to the downside and kicked your ass. It's easy to feel like an expert when you explain things that happened in the past.

I dont think he wants to give all that info out. part of doing this is learning for yourself the hard way. if it were that easy, everyone would be doing it. the more information everyone gets, the more everything is going to change. eg rules, regulations, limits...not everyone can get rich quick ;)

This video is just outstanding. To laton0 - its a bit late, but metatrader does have pivot point custom indicators on the community site.

Also, bear in mind that sector influencing news will additionally affect the daily pivot point, as no doubt the presenter is aware of.

Man excellent! I wanted to know what pivot points were and I put in pivot points in you tube search engine and instantly got some great vids on them. Thanks DTRockStar. Also those are some great charts that display the name of the stock that you are trading. How do you do that? Do the charts do that if so which program is it? Do they come for forex?
