In my opinion, The Wall was Pink Floyd's last album. The Final Cut should never have been, and although I love Learning to Fly and many songs from Division Bell, they lacked the cohesive 4-man energy of the first eleven albums.

@flashdash524 you gotta admit that his voice lost a lot of power in the mid-80s....Radio KAOS was the first albyn where he began to stop screaming - which is too bad, he was awesome at it.

Waters' voice is actually better than I anticipated. However, the original track's crescendo and aggresive tone isn't there, which is quite a shame.

One of the best lyrics from The Wall - and I am not even sure it was on the first release of the Wall back in the day...

this is a great post catalystmaker,ive been lucky enough to see roger twice live before,the last been the dsotm tour which was pretty emotional stuff after been raised on a diet of floyd as far back as i can remember,i've just secured my ticket for the wall show in may,in dublin today,happy days indeed,once again big thumbs up for this post,it's always been a favorite of mine,can't wait
