I have never found out exactly what happened to Elora as I was left unconcious, but I do know the angels were with her and took her to the beautiful place with Jesus which she dreamed about. Was there ever a period when, like I am now, you were angry that others who were present didn't account for Elora? Eloras's story is about so much more than an encounter with a bear. It says so much about her faith and you and your families strength; it's really an eternal testimony to God's grace. Was the need for accountability something you dealt with?

Losing a child is the single worst thing to happen to a person in this life, I am so sorry you had to experience that. I know all to well the pain you have experienced. I lost my two daughters 3 long months ago my oldest would have been 3 in August and her younger sister would have been 2, its a pain I wouldn't wish on anyone. I myself lost twin boys, and it's the hardest thing in the world as a parent to experience this! Hello GhoatHunterJim, I'm so sorry for your loss. Actually Susan, my friend is the one who lost her daughter, Elora. I did the video for her. We both appreciate so much people sharing their stories. As hospice nurses we know how difficult it is for people to talk about death & dying and about any loss. Most people avoid it if possible. We understand that these stories must be told. Thank you so much, I am comforted in knowing that their grandmother is now holding them in heaven. She passed on May 8th. She was only 56 and loved her little angels so much when they passed away she stopped fighting and now is no longer in any pain.

I wish I could report that we are doing well. In late spring early Summer we found out that we were expecting a miracle baby. In october they discovered a tear and a major blood clot. Dispite being taken to a high risk ob unit they could not save our precious boy. Lukas Ethan will be spending his first Christmas with Jesus. We love and miss him.
