what size plunger did it use in pump as standard?

Does the pump have to be completely stripped to change it and its sleeve?

I know u can access it for dial gauge/ timing by taking end plug out.

I have bosch ve on ford, at max fuel now, but cant get any more without getting close to runaway point/ unstable return to idle.
