if u managed to get hold of the song, skip to 4:00 and start listening from there. u will hear the song in the early opening game :)

Only way right now is to modchip you console, but that has cons and pros too.

There was a disc you could boot once to play games from other regions but using it has been disabled with the new firmwares.

just buy a japanese-english free loader and play it that way like i do with american games tehe
