Yeah I've had 3 reconnective sessions and in the end training too. I think the real point where you understand it's different, is when you realise you're lying on a massage table in a room with just a person standing near you with their arms up, that's all.; and yet you're body is going crazy! Eyelids flickering, knees kicking, body twitching - movement. Sensations, weird stuff. They're just standing their waving their arms about and you're body is completely out of your control. it's great!

Touching someone is a technique. Moving your hands around like Lance Burton is a technique. Slowing the breath and the brainwaves is a technique. Activating someones hands is a technique. Light & information are aspects of energy as well as time. These are not separate things. There is an expansion of all aspects. Don't worry about technique, we all have it, even Mr. Pearl. Instead, focus on expanding your perception and receptability. Technique is fine as long as we aren't limited by it.
