what kind of work is that?? It is not bad but I see debris above characters!! Use a difference matte! it will avoid this and also avoiding you spending much time making a mask matte and keyframing it.

Great test video, although one small, tiny detail is that you could see some of the cracks in the ground lay over top of the person's arms in first, and also legs in the second....Try masking it out, but still, that is done really well! Good Job!

Great job! The only think that you could tell that was wrong with it is how the cracks are seen in front of the guys. (You can see the shoes passing through chunks of concrete)

Not bad, one of the things that make it not realistic (especially on the first landing) is that the chunks and debris just go through the guy.. no interaction at all.

Also at the end of the second landing you can see some debris go through the ground.

(and the sfx is very bad too, a good realistic sound would really enhance the effect)

Almost nailed it man! Just try and use real textures on the pieces. Takes longer, but looks so much better. Don't forget that there's dirt under the tarmac, so in the central point of impact you should see some of it, and make the dust last longer.

It's little things like that that differs you from the pros, keep it up! :)

Hey

You might want to use a foldable green screen next to make life easier, also it could be a great benefit if you used a 3d program to simulate the grounds destruction instead of action essentials footage. You could add some shadows as you come in to landing going across the ground to give it that extra wow factor.
