i hate bestbuy. all i buy r dvds, and theirs r over priced and they dont carry many dvds anymore that i want. which r popular shows. but 2 years ago i bought a camera, in a year it broke. they refund my money in a gift card. didnt want a damn gift card. so then i bought a new camera well 5 months later that broke. so they r like we cant refund ur money and u have to call the camera company. so the company said take it to geeksquad for them to fix. well they couldnt and gave me a gift card. grrr

i also got an xbox from comp usa, the one in my town closed, i had a warranty, it broke and the nearest one was in madison WI, and i live in milwaukee WI. it broke a year later, i had a warranty and the madison one closed, i never got my money back.

I bought a turd of a Windows Vista laptop from them. After 11 days of it taking 10 minutes to boot, I took it back. They offered to have the Nerd Squad look at it for $50 or refund my money -$65. Called corporate, they could have cared less. I switch to Mac and have never set foot in a Bust Buy since!

I do car audio consulting and I went with one of my clients to best buy to choose him out a sweet system. so, after about 30 minutes of looking and telling him what would work best, we pick some things out....now we wait for a salesman. we literally waited there for 30 minutes even after asking someone for help. so we finally get helped and i go to install the stuff in his car that night, they gave me the wrong dash kit. i go back to return it and i waited another 30 minutes in the car section

If you are complaining you are gonna be on the phone pretty much then entire day. So better get a pillow 'cause this task will not only run down your phone's battery but your patience as well.
But.... if you are gonna make a purchase of one of their **wonderful** overprice will-not-cover-shit PSP then you are not even gonna have time to even yawn. That's how these bastards run the customer relations show.
