Have you checked to see if the bail-outs worked? Before you answer - just google what the results were. More people are unemployed now even after those companies were bailed out. So yes a few companies would let go of their employees, but those same employees might form their own companies to fill the void - hiring more people. That's the free market.

Fascism is when the government controls most of the corporations. Such as how the government now owns 80% of the auto industry. They car companies are free - however they are regulated and lose many freedoms. Such as having to make green cars. That is fascism.
Free markets mean that the company would be free - as in free to succeed or free to fail. Fascism is when the government bails out failing companies, like AIG was.
So how you define fascism is different than what it really is.

Have you checked to see if the bail-outs worked? Before you answer - just google what the results were. More people are unemployed now even after those companies were bailed out. So yes a few companies would let go of their employees, but those same employees might form their own companies to fill the void - hiring more people. That's the free market.
Also fascist governments that control a company make that company part of the fascist economic ideals.

Van Jones was a low-level employee.
As I understand it he was 4 levels down from requiring Congressional approval.

Actually, Obama was elected by a majority of the voters and he has numerical control of Congress. So, his inability to accomplish anything is not due to closet racists, ignorant right wingers or least educated cowards. No, his failure is due entirely to his own incompetence. I can remember a time when being called a coward conjured up images of men who were afraid to stand up for what was right and would lay down belly-up like a boot-licking dog in fear. Actually, what's clear is his previous organization Color of Change was trying to get Glenn Beck removed from the air by alienating all of Glenn Beck's advertisers. They succeeded in having some of those advertisers cut loose Glenn Beck, but Glenn Beck hit back. And poor Van Jones didn't even see it coming.
