And oblivious do not realize the internet is limited to who you can and can not go with depending on where you live. And the saying customer service is not for everyone is for a reason. Don't take it out on customer service I guarantee u u are one of those people who are too lazy to troubleshoot with tech support if they test your line and there is nothing wrong with it its somthing on your end. Verizon is the worst when it comes to discussing your bill, a nightmare, they just kept passing me from one to another operator and I just couldnt take it any longer. I wish everyone would boycott verizon, they charged me $600 for a single months calls and i have no idea how that happened, i have T mobile now for $59.95 unlimited calls.
Your cordless phone operates off off 2.4 mghz signal when you sit by something else electronic that uses the SAME MGHZ that is called INTERFERENCE . That is why when you are different places in your house there is static. It's so easy to blame the company for your ignorance and selective illiteracy. I hope Verizon and only allows you email support,oh nevermind that would require reading which you have so eloquently shown that you are clearly inept.

verizon is filled with affirmative action hirees. The fact is Verizon gets paid by the gvt to hire people from the inner city projects to work in the business office to talk jive to customers. Outside techs hired within the last 2 years are given minumum to no training to save the company a few extra dollars. sad+

The truth is VERIZON AND MANY OTHER COMPANIES hires thousands of people outside the united states through local companies because itS cheaper 4 them to pay a person from Argentina THAN PAY SOMEONE Within the United States,then sometimes When you call verizon U might B calling 2 the other side of the world,like india,or argentina, or mexico, thats why the different types of accents. they dont even use real names thats why they will never give you one. 4 MORE INFO PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL.

This Verizon DSL Tech Support has centers all over the globe: mexico, india, etc... and the issue is not the "customer care" but the problem is the service itself, I mean, the problem is the whole Verizon company and how can I ever forget the "can u hold on a sec?" I´ve alaways thought: Verizon sux, so its people!!
