They're not singing any louder than they did in the show. It was a small room and the acoustics made it so everyone can hear the speakers even without any mics. As you can tell, even the guitar is "loud".

So all in all, it's not like they're purposely singing "loud," a) that's how they usually sing the song, b) the acoustics.

Well, being there in person, they weren't too loud in my opinion. The sound that you are hearing is what my camera picked up, not necessarily what the audience heard. Honestly, if it's too loud, turn down your volume.

Her voice is faaaarrr too strained; I mean, there's BELTING and then there's just painful. I'm really, really sorry, but... she's just not my cup of tea.
