The soundtrack is also noticeable in this game unlike in say, CnC3. And apart from that its really good too. The factions for what they are play pretty well and seem to be very well balanced. Yes, it is a shame that we cant build bases and gather tib like before. I am not disputing that. But we couldn't do that in Renegade either, and people loved Renegade. I loved Renegade. Only thing that could have been left out of 4 is Parkers(The commander) wife.
It kind of pains me that CnC4 gets such hate from the community because of its gameplay change. Yes, I much proffered the base building, resource gathering gameplay of the previous titles, but CnC4 did so many things right that I can overlook them. First off the story was unique and not ripped directly from the previous games. Sure it might have been kinda ripped from BSG, but at least it gives it a new twist rather than the same old Sarajevo/Temple/Ion Cannon that littered the climax moments.
Before C&C Generals / Zero Hour, Red Alert 2 / Yuri's Revenge was the best game to me cause u could also attack , support and defend in so manny ways and most of all did u had the chance to play ground & air battles only or ground/air/water, i still liked the ground/air battles better online, but in 1vs1 i didnt mind water/air/ground battles. with Red Alert 3 u can only play air/water/ground and being able to build a whole base on water and half your army changed the whole gameplay of RA2/RA2,YR
C&C Generals / Zero Hour the most realistic and best gameplay it never gets bored though some things needed to be patched like most games, specialy having all options attacking, support, defense all the time and in so manny ways with all those generals, rush by air, tanks, infantry and even buildings but also having the option to defend and build your own income of cash if u do it well enough and counter with a stronger force or superweapon and zero hour was perfect to me
EA focus on the visual appeal. Westwood did it right back in the 90's when cinematic features were first used. EA rape cinematic to compensate for poor gameplay.
Make C&C 5 , because kinda C&C saga can continue , why? Well in C&C 3 kinda Scrin said they will invade earth , and bring back Keine +bring back all those good things from C&C tiberium wars and tiberium sun and dont screw it this time like it happened with C&C 4

It makes sense though because this happens after tiberium has almost destroyed everything eg. the GDI building itself is covered in it and its in a blue zone so it make sense that bases have been taken out because geographically there is nowhere to build them
The whole story line got fucked in C&C4 i've played every c&c so far through the end except for this one (i just checked the cinematics on youtube) like if Kane knew this all along why the hell wouldn't he try to explain whats going to happen instead of going to war killing millions...

and now ever since, i went over to THQ's Warhammer 40k and Supereme Commander, after Westwood's revolution for the RTS genre with the release of Dune II, and Blizzard's polishing up the RTS genre with Starcraft and Warcraft 3, i now see the true RTS game god, is THQ
I hate how they change the single player campaigns from a fun story mode to a mode where everything's just exploding across the screen and chasing time but next thing you know BAM defeat. I mean multitasking game play can be fun but for story mode i think everything should be toned down. I think skirmish modes and multilayer is fun in c&c 4. But frustrating story mode really.
I almost wish that C&C4 was just a movie so I can have the awesomeness of Kane played by Kucan without the disappointing gameplay that plagues this game. Now Tiberian sun kicked ass, great story and great gameplay.

but now as time went on, even blizzard is losing their cool, i think WoW killed their quality, not many people actually log on to WoW and play it everyday, they just register and pay and try it and leave the game
also the decision of not putting in LAN in Starcraft 2 is also a bad move, LAN mode is a tradition now in every game, suddenly broke that tradition will make everyone uncomfortable, i hope Blizzard realized that and put LAN back in a future update

I really want there to be a new C&C in the Tiberium Wars setting. But now I want them to take it to the next level, make each faction UNIQUE, and more practical gameplay for Xbox360, Strats dun have to be on PC to be awsome. One very good RTS was Halo Wars although it could've been MUCH better but what I love about Halo Wars is that the controls are so simple, yet very effective.

Kane is great but EA did worst in designing the C&C4, it is the worst C&C strategy games ever. Graphics bad & the weapons are designed by idiots that dunno anything about military & engineering. If those idiots are Americans, they are disgrace to America as they didn't even know anything about American proudest products. Sheesh..... Even I can design way better military weapons than those idiots. This C&C4 could spell the end of the series while Red Alert 3 too. Luckily I bought the pirated C&C4

CC4 sux so hard, but Kane did a great acting job.
The only good thing about CC4 is that Kane finally shows how ignorant GDI really are.
Kane's Wrath is command and conquer at its finest form ever and I will continue to play it for many years.

I hate how they change the single player campaigns from a fun story mode to a mode where everything's just exploding across the screen and chasing time but next thing you know BAM defeat. I mean multitasking game play can be fun but for story mode i think everything should be toned down. I think skirmish modes and multilayer is fun in c&c 4. But frustrating story mode really.

I almost wish that C&C4 was just a movie so I can have the awesomeness of Kane played by Kucan without the disappointing gameplay that plagues this game. Now Tiberian sun kicked ass, great story and great gameplay.

Activision Blizzard is a bad company now since they have so much bullshit going on, but......EA can't even compare with them, look at EA's games, they all looks like half done, while Blizzard's Starcraft back in 1998 was a huge success, and Warcraft 3 is a most perfered game of 2000 to 2002, (hey, if they were not a success, then why there is South Koreans going crazy over them, and no one in SK is crazy about C&C) Blizzard is now crap because they made WOW.

@boymaut well we already know the answer because SupCom 1 received many positive reviews by critics for it's massive battling systems and lots of units and good balance.
Starcraft 2 compared with SupCom 1, starcraft 2 is a pile of poop in the rts genre, go and get a good computer and try SupCom 1 yourself, also the reason why you should always save your money and buy a really good computer to play games

but now as time went on, even blizzard is losing their cool, i think WoW killed their quality, not many people actually log on to WoW and play it everyday, they just register and pay and try it and leave the game
also the decision of not putting in LAN in Starcraft 2 is also a bad move, LAN mode is a tradition now in every game, suddenly broke that tradition will make everyone uncomfortable, i hope Blizzard realized that and put LAN back in a future update

EA didn't do bad with the CNC series until this one. People go on about Westwood as if it did a great job, but Kane went from a terrorist to a religious figure in the course of one game with no explanation, so as far as story goes it was kind of retarded to begin with.

No, the real agenda here is CONTROL. Over the product, turning it onto a service. Over data mining to know exactly who/what/where/why/when your customers are to better score sale conversions with them, know their habits, their weakness, what PR will work on them.
This is where all major businesses are turning towards nowadays, it's no big secret. But the reckless consumerism of the westren hemisphere is going to be its own undoing.

@jimmykudo1I believe that at this point in time I have no preferred developer, save perhaps an indie studio or two that'll cheer for, such as Introversion. But, by and large, I'm rather repulsed with large studios/publisher companies.
EA lost me as a customer a long time ago. Blizzard have now as well.
