Yes. That may be the case but bear in mind that traditional Brass Bands are lyrical ensembles and use cornets rather than trumpets. Totally different.

Very good performance however the bands from the Highlands or Scotland have probably half the amount of brass players and create a much more powerfull sound!

We must have been good if the competition was like this! Very good performance (if maybe a little too fast?)
