Hey guys, since a consensus wasn't made, and I still was very curious. -- I went ahead and did some research on some Japanese websites and found out that our Emperor of Roses is a Prince fan...(...okay...don't shoot me, we all already knew that much...) ...But that this is a song was created as a tribute to Prince's D.M.S.R.
If we were to look at what Prince wrote, then the acronym actually stands for "Dance - Music - Sex, Romance". -- or "Sex - Dance - Romance" for "S.D.R."

No, it doesn't.
The song actually says that S.D.R. means nothing, and it's whatever the listener wants. For me, it's Song, Dance, Romance.
