The Springboks deserved more than any other team to be in the final. They did not lose a single game in pool D, they absolutely dominated their quarter final against the Aussies. But I guess little Bryce Lawrence (a kiwi) thought that he'd better make sure they don't make the final to assure an All Black win. The SPRINGBOKS will always be the WORLD CHAMPS!

@grizly1 more importantly what does that say about the referee, a few phases before the winning penalty there was a blatent high tackle on a french player that went un-noticed. however fair play to the all blacks they are the best team in the world
@Andy29295 Name a rugby game where the ref was flawless. They will always fall short in people's eyes which adds to the drama. Not saying you're wrong, but if we were to nitpick what calls he got right/wrong, it'll just take away from the fact that both teams were amazing on the night. I just don't agree with the notion that the "best team lost" and all this carry on. When that final whistle blew, the better team were victorious...good for me, because it was my beloved ALL BLACKS!

What made me proud was when the kiwi public embraced ALL international teams from around the globe and supported their matches as well...awesome stuff New Zealand!!
