the ACPD might have a history of trying to block the civil rights of people such as(ME) when doing things like filming them or around them however more and more the ACPD is getting better about that,however i have never seen any evidence while on 7 ride alongs with them or in anything i've captured on film to suggest that the ACPD is racist. their force composition like in alot of places is mostly white,but i have yet to see acts of racism from the ACPD,just my observation,if so haven't seen it.

not sure what the charge was, anyone on wilson blvd could probably go for drunk in public on any night at anytime! i'm guessing he was causing a problem or trying to start trouble, it happens and more than likely the REACT team of ACPD had a good reason to detain him and take him away, i can't agree to the race thing on this one,sorry. more than likely he was doing something that put him in that position.

the white guy at the end, when talking with him further, he had never heard of any video entity ever filming police work before...if he was sober i would have questioned him about the news media,hollywood,tv shows like COPS, all things i guess he's never seen before??? i really thought he was saying police work was funny, but he meant filming it. alcohol has weird effects on people,this guy when drinking i guess becomes a political opinionist instead of the typical effects of drinking...
