Thank you for giving us something real and authentic in regard to leadership. I lead over 130 people... most days it is not easy but every day it is certainly is rewarding. I cannot usually articulate how I do it, but when I read this book I said to myself "YES... this is what I do... and this is how I do it". Thanks Waldo for putting my sentiments (and I am sure many other's) into a piratical and relevant format!
