Let's face it, no does Kenshiro better than Akira Kamiya.
Although the guy who voices him in the 2D fighting game by Sammy does a good impression.

Agree. They should've used him for the ova's and the movies. Nobody could do the attack and battle cries of Kenshiro better than Akira-sama could.
