Yeah, what's going on with this? Many of the videos are either getting sledgehammered by the Warners or their getting taken down. I heard something of a new law or rule, but beforehand this was under the fair use policy if I'm not mistaken.

the wmg contract was lost, which reserved all rights, as long as wmg and youtube had a contract, we could use most songs...some freedom of speech, how can one "own" the right to use songs and forbid other from using them?...
