Personally I found the movie funny and the actors were really good. But I was really disappointed with the action scenes and also they skipped out more in the movie than the put in!

I agreed with your criticisms, and disagreed with your praise. I think the films should just copy the style of the first two in every way. The sound track, the cinematography, the quality of acting, the camera angles, everything. I had nothing good to say about HBP. They ought to have made the Goblet of Fire and HBP 3hrs long.
for the wedding scene in deathly hallows there just gonna fix the house cause in the beggening of half blood prince when harry and dumbledore went to slughornes for the first time the house was really messed up and it was broken sooo then dumbledore fixed it up soo i sure there gonna do the same thing with deathly hallows with the weasleys house :)

So many completely pointless scenes and then there was no fight whatsoever - and Michael gambon is a terrible Dumbledore, Richard Harris was just perfect. I'm sorry but David yates is a retard. the wedding is in the 7th one. but in the 5th one fred is supposed to say "remember fleur delacour? she's working at gringott's to "eemprove 'er english" and bill's been giving her alot of private lessons" and then in the 6th one fleur is supposed to bring harry his breakfast, and say "you didnt tell 'im? vell it will be bett'r if i did, bill and i, are ghetting married!" i mean theres no mention AT ALL of their wedding, tonks and remus or any of the kewl stuff that made the book so....... fun!
And i thought it was weird that Tonks and Remus were already together in the Half-Blood Prince, They don't get together until the end of HBP and aren't married until DH, i thought that was weird XD
I love the part where Ron was in the hospital, and lavender and hermione were there and Ron said Hermione's name, it was so cute. Then Lavender stormed away.
I thought the Cave scene was the best it's the whole two and half-hours of the movie just to watch that 8 minute scene. That could In know way done a better job with that part of the movie

-the burrow scene??! seriously? first of all, that's not in the book, second of all, how do they expect to replace the five first chapters of the 7th book that take place in the burrow?
-and the SCAR?! they forgot his scar. HIS SCAR. unless it magically shrunk and placed itself at the far far right or left so we couldn't see it anymore...
no way can they do the 7th movie like the book after this movie. nothing would make sense.
did anyone not notice THEY DIDNT SHOW THE INVISIBILITY CLOAK? they mentioned it like once, and at the end how harry wasnt stunned, i mean COME ON! if harry wasnt stunned, he woouldve tryed to save dumbledore, and not just stand there.
they didn't show the invisability cloak in the movie at all. AND!!! did anyone else notice that the paintings didn't move at all?????? i was reallly confused by that....

My cousin and I were shocked by the film, it doesn't go after the book very well, and I agree pretty much with everything what you two said, my and my cousin's exact words actually.. And I don't know how are they going to put Bill and Fleur in the next film. If there's people who didn't read the books and watch the movies, they won't know what the hell was going on! lol Straight A's for visual effects and humor though :)

i personally thought bonnie did what the director wanted her to do. Plus it must have be hard for her to get into her character beacuse she never really needed to be one with ginny before. in the past movies she was such a small character. i didnt really like the kissing scence though. it was still good. ron/hermione their little agruements were hilarious. felix was good. i really just loved the whole movie. it was great! i cant even think about the end of harry potter.... *tears,tears.*
I agree with you about how they added in a scene that was not needed, I was thinking the same thing; where are they going to have the wedding if the burrow caught on fire? And how IS Harry supposed to find the horcrux if he doesn't know what a horcrux is? But other than that, yeah the movie was awesome! I wish I could've gone to the premiere in America. :(

I actually agree with pretty much everything you've said! Like you two were, I was expecting this film to be terrible. From what I'd heard they had changed so much and HBP was one of my favourite books of the entire series! I wasn't going to be happy Fangirl... then, in those opening scenee I was suddenly hit with this, "OMG. I'm actually going to enjoy this!" And I really did! I loved the Dementors destroying London and Slughorn's House and Draco Malfoy and all of the tiny insignificant things
I love and thought they would totally miss out. Silly little things like Arnold the Pygmy Puff and some of the lines I recognised from the book.

I agree. The only part that annoyed me was the Hocrux part. They should have definitely went into more detail on that. Like, HOW is Harry supposed to find them when he doesn't know what they are? Other than that, the movie was really good :) I didn't mind the Burrow scene because I know why they put it in. And I agree, Bonnie was really bad ): It felt like she was just reading her lines. But I've watched it five more times now and I just take it for what it is. I don't hate her though :)

Favorite scenes of mine from the book that were missing/shortened in the movie:
The interrogation scene with Bellatrix/Snape at Spinner's End.
The rest of the party scene! They left out Luna's best lines in from the book. And they shortened the part of Malfoy getting scolded by Filtch.
Dumbledore's funeral. Harry telling Ginny that they couldn't be together. The hospital scene where they caught up on Snape's 'treachery' was probably unnecessary though.

I personally did not read the books, so I don't really under stand WHY Snape was the Half Blood Prince it made absolutely no sence to me. They didn't really explain anything, which I was upset about. The movie, effects, acting was all brilliant and then the ending.. not so much. the ending disappointed me, it left everything hanging.
You'll have to read the book for the full explanation. Hermione was trying to find out for most of the book who the Half Blood Prince was, and Harry didn't want to hear a word of it, he was finding the book too useful. (It played a much more central role in the book). Hermione found a girl from 50 years previous named Eileen Prince, Harry insisted it couldn't have been her book. It was though, but she passed it on to her son, Snape. It was he who added the notes to the book.

You guys shouldn't do jump cuts so much and this video would be a lot better. Half the time it cuts so much I can't even pay attention to what you're saying. Neville Longbottom & Harry Potter were born around the same time. That is why there was the whole 'The Chosen One' deal. That is another thing they left off in the movie. Maybe it wasn't important enough. Haha.

Sorry girls, but did not like Michael Gambon, particularly in this one! I was glad when he died! Love the character, but glad Gambon playing Dumbledor has gone. That whole death bit was... not as great as in the book basically.
I agree with the Horcrux info etc... For someone who may not have read the books, the Horcrux just comes out of the blue and isn't really explained properly. Bonnie was bland in this, like Gambon! And the kiss?! Can't remember what it said in the book, but it was just a peck! All that build up for that... lol.

Oh my God, I love you guys! My cousin and I were shocked by the film, it doesn't go after the book very well, and I agree pretty much with everything what you two said, my and my cousin's exact words actually.. And I don't know how are they going to put Bill and Fleur in the next film. If there's people who didn't read the books and watch the movies, they won't know what the hell was going on! lol Straight A's for visual effects and humor though :)

i personaly think that all tough the flim was very good and rupert grint helena boham carter and alan rickman gave extremely good performances to many inportant scenes were left out e.g tonks and lupin, gettin together merope gaunt, the muggle prime minister etc the flim still rocked though

i personally thought bonnie did what the director wanted her to do. Plus it must have be hard for her to get into her character beacuse she never really needed to be one with ginny before. in the past movies she was such a small character. i didnt really like the kissing scence though. it was still good. ron/hermione their little agruements were hilarious. felix was good. i really just loved the whole movie. it was great! i cant even think about the end of harry potter.... *tears,tears.*

And how IS Harry supposed to find the horcrux if he doesn't know what a horcrux is? But other than that, yeah the movie was awesome! I wish I could've gone to the premiere in America. :(

THBP's ending was ruined tbh by miles, but the rest of the film was genius :D they put so much humour in this film, especially after Harry took the liquid luck n__n made me crack up... PINCERS :O

when ron hugs slughorn and when he falls of the sofa beacuse hes so dreamy!
so i think the movie was hillarius but also sad and scarry at the end, so my rating will be 4/5...btw i have to admit bonnie was terrible, i miss the action and it was a little bit incoherent... :( but still... AWSOME!

I actually agree with pretty much everything you've said! Like you two were, I was expecting this film to be terrible. From what I'd heard they had changed so much and HBP was one of my favourite books of the entire series! I wasn't going to be happy Fangirl... then, in those opening scenee I was suddenly hit with this, "OMG. I'm actually going to enjoy this!" And I really did! I loved the Dementors destroying London and Slughorn's House and Draco Malfoy and all of the tiny insignificant things

I love and thought they would totally miss out. Silly little things like Arnold the Pygmy Puff and some of the lines I recognised from the book.
I agree with your dislikes - I thought the Burrow scene was amazingly pointless, although when looking at it from a film perspective the camera shots were really beautiful. I agree. The only part that annoyed me was the Hocrux part. They should have definitely went into more detail on that. Like, HOW is Harry supposed to find them when he doesn't know what they are? Other than that, the movie was really good :) I didn't mind the Burrow scene because I know why they put it in. And I agree, Bonnie was really bad ): It felt like she was just reading her lines. But I've watched it five more times now and I just take it for what it is. I don't hate her though :)

Favorite scenes of mine from the book that were missing/shortened in the movie:
The interrogation scene with Bellatrix/Snape at Spinner's End.
The rest of the party scene! They left out Luna's best lines in from the book. And they shortened the part of Malfoy getting scolded by Filtch.
Dumbledore's funeral. Harry telling Ginny that they couldn't be together. The hospital scene where they caught up on Snape's 'treachery' was probably unnecessary though.

I personally did not read the books, so I don't really under stand WHY Snape was the Half Blood Prince it made absolutely no sence to me. They didn't really explain anything, which I was upset about. The movie, effects, acting was all brilliant and then the ending.. not so much. the ending disappointed me, it left everything hanging.

You'll have to read the book for the full explanation. Hermione was trying to find out for most of the book who the Half Blood Prince was, and Harry didn't want to hear a word of it, he was finding the book too useful. (It played a much more central role in the book). Hermione found a girl from 50 years previous named Eileen Prince, Harry insisted it couldn't have been her book. It was though, but she passed it on to her son, Snape. It was he who added the notes to the book.

You guys shouldn't do jump cuts so much and this video would be a lot better. Half the time it cuts so much I can't even pay attention to what you're saying. Neville Longbottom & Harry Potter were born around the same time. That is why there was the whole 'The Chosen One' deal. That is another thing they left off in the movie. Maybe it wasn't important enough. Haha.

Sorry girls, but did not like Michael Gambon, particularly in this one! I was glad when he died! Love the character, but glad Gambon playing Dumbledor has gone. That whole death bit was... not as great as in the book basically.

I agree with the Horcrux info etc... For someone who may not have read the books, the Horcrux just comes out of the blue and isn't really explained properly. Bonnie was bland in this, like Gambon! And the kiss?! Can't remember what it said in the book, but it was just a peck! All that build up for that... lol.
