@LuisLlanito777 oh he gives it to you randomly once your very near the end of the game. Around when you start a final quest for someone (for the republic 2, the house always wins IV, wild card: finishing touches, etc...) he will, at some random point, say that your getting in deep and he offers to help. thats when the quest starts. usually its about one game day after you get near the end. Hope this helps.

It really just depends on the circumstances, and the points of view you get on each. The BoS faction in D.C. is the only of it's kind, as far as I can tell. All the others only care for themselves.

The brotherhood of steel just wants to keep away power armor and advanced energy weapons out of the hands of civilians. @vampsforpresident You would be a dick too if half of your chapter was wiped out and you had to stay in constant hiding for fear of being completely wiped out. The only reason the Remnants in this game aren't dicks is because technically they aren't actually part of the Enclave. The Enclave doesn't exist as a faction anymore at this point in the game. Plus, the Enclave was literally going to kill everyone on earth, except for themselves. That's way more dickish than hoarding pre-war tech.

When I did this on the X-Box I killed Morenzo and finished the quest but they took the card before I exited the door and they locked it so I tried to pickpocket them so I can get back the card to leave but they didnt have it so now I have to go back and raise my speach so Morenzo doesnt lock the door :(
