@0.54...look at the bald tires? Breaking and controlling a monster bus on these tires would still be a problem! Traffic Commandant tell us about that defect before blaming the cartman... and gods!
it is really warn out, I wonder how it passed the inspections. but also don't the drivers check the state of the tires before starting work? such minor offences should carry hefty fines so that operators don't put lives of commuters at risk
