I was there too on Fri 7/11 at the Orpheum - it was a mighty, magical show - this was the highlight for me: powerful, haunting, just like it was in 1982 - but now over 25 years later, losing none of its power. Alison sang the song in a chair at the front of the stage - I've never witnessed a crowd so energized: cheers, singing along, dancing, whistles, amazing positive energy all night. Alison looked and sounded amazing after all these years - Vince was his usual "synth boffin" self, brilliant!
