@bleachnaruto56 its a little difficult, you finish the spine at the neck, then you put arms on top of it then you remove all the joints on the arms until theres only 2. make one joint the minimum size and make the other close to maximum. grab the small one and try to put it inside the big one; try and hide it. If you did it right, it should be in the shape of a ball. Sculpting the heads the hard part, you may need to make 3 or 4 of these balls and shape it into the shape of a human head.
after that, take the pig or shark nose i forget which one, flip it around backwards and it should look like a human chin plus nose, place it appropriately. then take the solid black eyes and put one halfway covered by the chin and another on top. take the wierd alien ear that looks like a trumpet and put it under the chin, shrink it down until it looks like a mouth. Making the hair's really easy, you can make it w/ the leaves or the tassle thing in the civiliased editor.
