@mooping5 How is that even possible? He practically IS nevermore. He composes all of the music, but I think I see where you're coming from. When you're the main composer for a band, you kind of limit yourself in order to give room for example, the vocalist. That's why Zero Order Phase was so damn awesome!

@Prenner111 I guess everyone can have his own opinion. But let's face the facts. Loomis writes Nevermore's music. Loomis writes fast and complex stuff, that require a rythm section of equal technique level. So, they most certainly can't be bad. Vocals and lyrics are subject to personal preference, I won't argue on that.

@dimgrav The problem with complexity is, that really if you want money, nobody cares for it, if you play all those diminished scales and crazy looking sweep arps nobody is gonna be moved by it.

Only guitarists and metal heads appreciate this stuff, it'll get you nowhere, but that being said, you play what you want, look at classical players and all that other stuff.

I have some...its awkward at first to use cus im used to Jazz 3 tortex picks but once you get used to it, itll change and acutally help improve your picking. More precise, faster runs, etc... REALLY helped with my alternate picking. I now love these and then the jazz 3's next.
