Is there any other way to sing these songs? For Me, Cole Porter has never been the same after hearing Siepi sing these songs! Thanks for the post!

Another operatic voice that you'll love hearing singing this song is that of the American soprano, Eleanor Steber, and you can get to hear her by doing a search here in YouTube. I love the Siepi recording but the Steber recording is a definitive interpretation of another Cole Porter classic.

The poetry of the lyrics can stand alone without music but the combination is so wonderful. And Siepi was magnificent in every respect.
