You'll just have to take my word for it. It is a genuine bowling ball. I bought it at Sports Authority for about $50 US.

It's really not that hard to juggle a bowling ball once you learn to juggle 3 balls relatively well.

Professional jugglers say they use a 16 pound bowling ball. My ball is not quite that heavy.

Before you try juggling a bowling ball, you must learn to juggle 3 balls for 2 minutes straight without dropping. Then you must be able to juggle 2 small balls with a larger ball for at least 20 catches. You must be able to toss one bowling ball from hand to hand 20 times, throwing the ball above your head. Then you may attempt to juggle a bowling ball.
