Reading is about betting patterns, not faces, body language or words. In fact, the more you give to a Pro, the better his read will be. It's best just to be like any of the Pros, pretty neutral expression, but paying attention to every little detail of the game.

But, it is true that some actors have developed into pretty decent poker players, but I don't think its because of their acting skills.
