yeah its called the broken pentagram, the symbol for the band which symbolizes God's victory over Satan because the horns are cut off and the last song says "They will sing as I cut off your horns"

@IVomitNoize Yes it is. Well, it's a broken pentagram. You see, Micah explained that in the last song on the album, "The Finisher", God says that he's going to cut off Satan's horns. That's simply what this symbol represents. The two points missing, are Satan's horns.

Clottoyup, it's not meant to be an arrow pointing upwards, it's simply a broken pentagram. The missing points of the pentagram usually represent Satan's horns, however, in The Finisher, God says that he will cut off Satan's horns. The album cover simply reflects this. Some depict Satan as a goat, with a beard, ears and horns, on the Pentagram, the bottom is the beard, the middle are the ears, and the top are the horns. Oh, Sleeper shows this as the horns broken, or cut off.

The last song on the new Album, 'The Finisher' is god's reply to the first song(Satan), and the last lyrics say "I'll cut off your horns"
