i have the exact same glock as you. glock 21 with TLR-2 streamlight "laser/flashligh attachment". Im hoping to get a silencer soon. the .45 is just too loud to have fun with, without the silencer :p
They have an inherent extracting problem steming from the fact that they can eject casings from either side. It didn't jam as much as this one but only because he is using a suppressor. I took it to the gunsmith and everything and he couldn't fix it so I sold it.
It's a way to check if a round is chambered on a double staggered mag, especially in the dark. You feel what side of the mag the top round is ("right" or "left"), insert, rack, pull, and feel again. The top round should be on the other side.

I used to have an Aug but I sold it because that thing jammed every ten rounds no matter what you did to it.
