Well Dick Cheney is correct, you can't discuss things that will be said to court or you heard during a court session. When i did my jury duty thats what we were told as jurors NOT to do. The main reason is that if either the defense team or the prosecutors get wind of what was said outside the court room and use it to his or her advantage.
