On a seperate note, I have found that I also get hot playing the violin and have :found that opening a window or putting on a fan alleviates this. Hope this helps

Thank you, folks like you are quite valuable! Might I, in all humility, suggest that you record another video, playing through The Gael, first at half speed and followed by full speed or up to tempo... I think that will help people who might be struggling to put it all together.

Thanks for the new V. clip. Im still looking for a used Violin. I think I've found one at a Pawn Shop but they have a couple more days before they can sell it. Its a Stradvrious (sp) copy. Thanks !!

@CadEngineer1 Hi there- be careful buying violins at pawn shops. Excuse me if I'm frank, but the crappiest violins tend to say "Strad copy" inside. It will be fine for beginning to learn to hold it, but there's nothing worse than a bad sounding unplayable violin to ruin your initial learning experience. If it's more than $100, I think it's probably a waste of money and better to save till you can spend a few hundred on something really decent.
