Open your console, I am not sure if this works, but type record ______ the _ being the name, then whenebver your done, type stop in the console, then use your screen recorder to record the playing part of it, which you can play by typing play _____ the name af the first ___ and it will play, atleast that's how I do it in counter strike, if you do not understand I can try to make a video for it.
