How can you not remember how loving and wonderful Luke and Noah's relationship is?! Sure they've had some rough times, but that doesn't mean we should give up on Noah at the drop of a hat! I have a theory that the committee that decides who gets the Emmy's are scared of giving Van and/or Jake Emmy's (because let's face it they both deserve them) because they're afraid of being labeled "queer-lovers" or something equally stupid.

I was so unbelievably pissed off when BM didn't win, it was ridiculous.
Though I was also dubious when it was nominated - not that I don't think it's a brilliant film, because it is, but because it was a gay film. And by that I mean it might have been nominated just because it was gay.
love Jake's facial expressions here..he succeeded in conveying noah's feelings of hopelessness, despair, sorrow and little petulance..and luke's tone of voice is full of warmth great acting from our boys
It's amazing how much emotion a simple touch to the face or kiss on the hand can convey. One thing about this story is that it brings back some of the simple romance that goes on in a relationship.
I'm not sure if you've found it yet or not but it depends on which of the 3rd kisses you're talking about...technically the third one takes place during the christmas episode (or right around that time) but many don't think that counts because of the camera pan to the mistletoe, in which case the third doesn't happen til later on during the Ameera story.
Van's older than Jake, but he has such a boyish face, he really does look like he's in his late teens. they were both playing teens then, but Noah looked a bit older lol. its so funny. especially this scene. Luke's wise and he's so young, he's like 18/19 here, right? then Van would have been like 26 or so I think. lol. I wonder if he'll do any other acting after this. whatever role he plays, he'll do great. such a good actor!

Thats the thing about the good parts. You watch them over and over again until you know all the lines by heart but they still bring a tear to your eye just like the first time you saw it.
I love the way they repeat each other's lines. Like, what Luke was saying in this clip is very similar to what Noah was saying to him in the hospital. They really seem to be learning from each other, & seem really in sync. Very sweet.
This scene reminds me why I love Luke & Noah..even though they don't say they love each other or kiss, there's an unspoken love and bond here that proves to me they are meant to be together
After ssing this scene I can see why Van was nominated for an emmy. This just proves that the bigots still control that process. God forbid we should give it actor protraying a gay character.

Thats the thing about the good parts. You watch them over and over again until you know all the lines by heart but they still bring a tear to your eye just like the first time you saw it.

I love the way they repeat each other's lines. Like, what Luke was saying in this clip is very similar to what Noah was saying to him in the hospital. They really seem to be learning from each other, & seem really in sync. Very sweet.
