Always cut the sugar until you only have one third of what an american (or americam type) recipe recommends. Americans are fat fat fat fat and fat because they ALWAYS use three times too much sugar in everything. Americans would add two cups of sugar to a cup of sugar if your recipe says one cup. Great video. In America, I have to do all my own cooking because of too much sugar and salt.
