One little correction: The well does have something to do with the old gods. If I'm remembering correctly, either the old Gods were pulling strings to try and get Sargeras through the portal, or they were trying to get the portal there to kind of "destabilize" whatever is keeping them holed up so they can fully escape. The War of the Ancients books repeatedly talk about whispers in the dark and whatnot.

The well wasnt created by the old gods but currupted. They tried to trick Sargeras/Neltharion to open a portal where they can escape their prison. After Sargeras would have opened his portal, the old gods would most likely redirect its destination to their prison to flee

I'll agree on long dungeons being boring, but they aren't fun if you can just breeze through them. Nothing should be too easy.

@Knoxerboy101 The problem is that after the first week or two, nobody wants them to be challenging, people *want* to just breeze through them for fast VP or to gear up alts. Look at how awful H. Deadmines, Stonecore, Halls of Origination or even Zul'Aman are - they're painful to get through because they're not "too easy" and are fairly long still. Nobody wants that anymore because we have to run them 7/week for VP.

I read the book last week, my sister bought it so I decided to read it. Lots of lollorefuck in the Dungeon, but they do have to fit things in so that we do things... I'm actually suprised we didn't see Rhonin or Krasus in here, as they were there in the book. Malygos isn't there because he's becoming all crazy and depressed. Nozdormu is caught in time. if you actually read the lore you would understand the actual nozdormu from this time period is trapped trying to keep time from ripping apart during this period and the old gods have everything to do with the demon soul "dragon soul" and the portal, they drove deathwing insane and had him creat the demon soul so the legion would steal it use it on the well and break the prisin for the old gods and the legion is oblivious to it, they just want to get sareras into azeroth unaware of the old gods
