Well, I guess you lack in comprehensive skills-I am mostly talking about Indian girls in NYC. I see rarely people dressing like that in the street of NYC on a regular basis. I have ssen people in NYC street and even in Dallas where I live dress like that. Maybe your parents came to US in 1970s and are frozen in that time. But today in India, many women in urban areas do dress in a Western fashion. I love Indian clothes personally but to each their own. There is nothing scandalising about her clothes.
