The other police officer was not questioned in the news, but are hiding evidence fearing jail.

After the incident they tested the footage by running past the same spot with a gun in an officers hand and found you could not see it in the officers hand either.

This is a clear case of injustice. Yes, maybe Fong Lee shouldn't have ran, but he didn't deserve to die unjustifiably. No one does. If the cop gunned him down in self defense, why were the shots in Fong's back? Why were there 8 shots? It doesn't make any sense. Not only that, but isn't it obvious that the gun was planted? The gun was stolen from Dang Her, and was never returned to him. It was in the Minneapolis police's custody until it was planted by Fong's body. He deserves justice.

There is NO reason that "cop" should have shot him that many times. Yes, fleeing from the police is wrong but no one should be killed for it. If Lee was going to use the gun or even had the gun how come there is no real evidence, besides a grainy video, in which there doesn't even appear to be a gun, and a white officer's word? After the incident they tested the footage by running past the same spot with a gun in an officers hand and found you could not see it in the officers hand either.

Police officers are supposed to limit their killings and help save as many lives as they can even if its the perpetrator. Isnt it procedure that they shoot areas where its not deadly first unless their own lives or lives of others was in jeopardy? In this case what happened? An unarmed young man got shot 8/9 times and has no proof of any weapon of any sort? To the Minneapolis Police Department where are the FACTS? The Lee family who was in court has no recollections of these FACTS!

I agreed that Jason Anderson used excessive force. He shot Fong Lee eight times. I thought officers were skilled shooters. He could have shot Lee's arm to disarm Lee and then rush over to handcuff Lee. But instead of taking a better action, Anderson decided to kill Lee. If Fong Lee was still alive, the court would have ruled in his favor. That's why Anderson killed Fong Lee so there would be no one to witness Anderson's crime. Simply, Anderson is just a racist officer who abuses his powers.

This is a clear case of injustice. Yes, maybe Fong Lee shouldn't have ran, but he didn't deserve to die unjustifiably. No one does. If the cop gunned him down in self defense, why were the shots in Fong's back? Why were there 8 shots? It doesn't make any sense. Not only that, but isn't it obvious that the gun was planted? The gun was stolen from Dang Her, and was never returned to him. It was in the Minneapolis police's custody until it was planted by Fong's body. He deserves justice.

There is NO reason that "cop" should have shot him that many times. Yes, fleeing from the police is wrong but no one should be killed for it. If Lee was going to use the gun or even had the gun how come there is no real evidence, besides a grainy video, in which there doesn't even appear to be a gun, and a white officer's word? Race may not have played a main issue in this case, but the "authority" of the corrupt court systems in our state did.

Listen. Fong Lee was a criminal. If you're not doing anything wrong, you don't run from the police. The police have a difficult job going after criminals like Lee and his gangster buddies. They are constantly in danger. Nobody seems to know if Lee had a gun, but even if he didn't, sometimes things happen in the heat of the moment and if I'm going after a gangster, I might assume that he's carrying a gun and if that person makes any sort of odd movement, I'm shooting before I get shot.

Zinovy, lets point this out, COPS, just the other day i saw a video of a guy running away from COPS, he decided to stop running, laid on the ground, legs and arms spread. What did the cop do? ran up to him and kicked him in the face. 2nd cop pulled out his baton and gave him multiple kidney shots.

The criminal they pounced on could have killed many, many, people driving like a maniac and then, the car he was driving (wasn't it stolen?) slammed into a bunch of parked cars when the guy tried to flee.
