  • Here's a chef tip, put the clams in the freezer for about 10 minutes first. The extreme cold messes with their muscles and makes them easier to open.

  • this has been the best video i've seen as to how to shuck a clam. thanks

  • Video may be instructional... but with all the background noise... horrible! Speak up or film after closing.
