As a species we have more in common with herbivores than carnivores. from the length of our intestine, the strength of our nails, the way we move our jaws & our dental work. The human body grows stronger the more you work it. if you combine a rigorous 1 hour workout into your life along with a diet practically void of both meat & Milk, you will live a long healthy active life.
