to all i don't use rabbit clippers as i find them as rubbish to use, hence using something i know that will work, i have never had a issue with them so thankyou.
Thank you for using a "jumpy" rabbit! We just recently got a lionhead rabbit, and while he will allow my son (his owner) to hold him and pet him, he will NOT allow me to brush or clip his nails.
I was always quite concerned on how to hold him, and your video really did help. All others I watched used calm docile bunnies. I was using "proper" clippers, but will try the human clippers next. The pet shop owner did mention that.
@ShadesONight aww, usually wrapping them in a towel and poking a leg out of it, and if you feel personally carm and not stressed the vibes pass on to any animal, you will be surprized on that! email me if you need anymore help!
@mylieftw i could, but my hamsters don't need there nails cutting lol, you basically scruff them and get someone to do there little toes with the nail clitters, really easy!I use to do it to my dwalf hamster
if they are reallyreally short don't worry about it but if there are struggling to walk thats a sign. And if the nails are starting to curl over. I just like to trim all of my rabbits nails every 2 weeks to ever month to keep on top of things.
I think you should do them, as I watched my mum do it for a good 2 years before she would let me do it. If they are white nails with pink bits that's a great rabbit to show her have a go on. I would recommend getting a female, cause I'm having quiet a few problems with my males at the moment, and males are alot more prone to bit you , as I have found out several times I the last week! Females are alot more tamer and nicer. :)
@milliewillyds thank u! i have had my eye on this female at the shelter, its been there for a while. so if its there on Wedsday, i will probly get it. Wedsday is my sister's b-day, so ya. and again thank u! and did u see my "ALL COLLAB MEMEBERS MUST WATCH" vid?

Your not even using the right clipper! Don't be cheap and go to a pet store an buy a clipper for rabbits!
